RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Shoppers have a 7 day return window to return goods delivered to them which were wrongly delivered, defective or damaged. Shoppers will be refunded 100% of cost and delivery cost if claim is confirmed to be valid.

Steps to Return and Refund

Step1: Notify Us

Notify us of your intention to return product bought by logging into your profile on our site and filling the return notification form

Step 2: Return Product

We will notify you via the email address on your profile once your return claim has been confirmed valid, then you can return the product to one of our pick up centres or we schedule a pick up from you. Note, products should be returned in the packaging with which they were delivered along with all supplied accessories and promotional gifts received with the products.

Step 3: Refund Processed

Upon receipt of returned product and claim validated, refund will be processed via bank transfers.

Where your return claim is confirmed not to be valid, we will notify you accordingly for the next line of action.

Items not eligible for returns

1. Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid exception has been raised at the initial instance of delivery which must be corroborated by the delivery person.

2. Inner wears, Lingerie, Socks, bedsheets & Jewelleries

3. Books, CDs and other Electronic materials.

4. Products damaged due to mishandling.

5. Products whose product code has been tampered with or missing

6. Products already altered from its original form or opened by a person not authorised to do so

7. Products from beauty, health and personal care category.
